Booking an Appointment

Appointments are required for all examinations.

They can be booked in person at Phoenix Medical Imaging or by phoning 250-563-0635 Ext. 1. 

In order to book your appointment, we MUST have your requisition. You can bring it in and book an appointment in person. Your requisition can also be sent to us via fax at 250-563-1288, email at req@phxmed.ca , or placed in our after-hours drop box just outside the clinic doors. 

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment to register

If you are late for your appointment or are not properly prepared, your appointment may be rebooked

24 hours notice is required to change or cancel an appointment or you will be charged for the missed appointment. We have 24hr voicemail available.

PLEASE NOTE:  CHILD CARE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE IMAGING DEPARTMENT.  PLEASE MAKE ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENTS FOR ANY SMALL CHILDREN (NOT BEING EXAMINED) OR YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE CANCELLED RESULTING IN A CHARGE.
